Exclusive Preview: Marauders #4

In the Dawn of X, Kitty Pryde is no more! Instead, Kate Pryde has reinvented herself in Marauders. Now that mutants have a homeland on Krakoa, Kate has made an alliance with Emma Frost a.k.a. the White Queen. As the new Red Queen of the Hellfire Trading Company, Kate and her sea faring crew have been tasked to rescue mutants whose governments won’t let them defect to the newly formed mutant nation.

However, some countries are taking extra precautions to keep mutants from escaping their borders. That’s when Kate and the Marauders have to take a more hands on approach.

Within Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for Marauders #4, Gerry Duggan and artist Lucas Werneck let Pyro and Lockheed unleash their flames on the Brazilian navy. Meanwhile, Storm demonstrates a taste of her full power, when Paragon tries to keep her from leaving Brazil with mutant children.
