Ahsoka Season 2 will give Star Wars fans a closer look at several returning favorites. New displays at D23 feature costumes, props and creatures from the upcoming season. The showcase offers an early look at what’s next.
Lucasfilm’s official D23 display includes Rosario Dawson’s Ahsoka costume and Padawan-era looks. Fans can also see costumes for Anakin Skywalker, Sabine Wren, Grand Admiral Thrawn and Great Mother Klothow. The display is part of the Lucasfilm pavilion at D23.
D23 showcase highlights fan-favorite Ahsoka Season 2 characters
The new display offers a closer look at several costumes from Ahsoka Season 2. Anakin and Padawan Ahsoka have snowsuit looks, while Sabine and Thrawn also have costumes on display. Ahsoka the White and Great Mother Klothow are featured as well.
The showcase also features some familiar non-human favorites. Sabine’s Loth-cat Murley appears alongside the Lothballs and the droid Chopper. Lucasfilm’s official D23 coverage specifically confirms all three as part of the Season 2 display.
The Anakin and Padawan Ahsoka costumes have also caught attention because of their connection to The Clone Wars. Their winter designs resemble looks seen in the animated series. However, Lucasfilm has not confirmed that these costumes point to specific flashback scenes.
Several returning stars are expected for the new season. Rosario Dawson returns as Ahsoka, with Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine and Lars Mikkelsen as Thrawn. Hayden Christensen also returns as Anakin Skywalker, while Eman Esfandi reprises Ezra Bridger.
Ahsoka Season 2 is being developed by Dave Filoni and is expected to premiere in early 2027. The D23 display gives fans a first detailed look at its returning characters and creatures.
