3:07

Squeeeeeeeeeeeeee
Â
3:14
ComingSoon.net: Awesome đ
Â
3:14
Silas Lesnick: Benioff said that the Red Wedding was the point that they were praying theyâd be able to reach all series long.
Â
3:16
Silas Lesnick: Fairley likens the writing on the show to a piece of music.
Â
3:17
Silas Lesnick: She says that, in that sense, the Red Wedding was like a key change and literally gave her a chill.
Â
3:18
Silas Lesnick: Benioff is talking about âRains of Castamereâ and how much he loved the song.
Â
3:18
Silas Lesnick: At one point, he was arguing for it to actually just be the showâs theme so that audiences would take notice when it played.
Â
3:18
Silas Lesnick: âThank god I lost that argument,â he says.
Â
3:20
Silas Lesnick: Bradley is talking about Sam and his transition throughout the series.
Â
3:21
Silas Lesnick: âYou find that when heâs placed with a bit of responsibility,â says Bradley, âSam is a bit of a dude.â
Â
3:22
Silas Lesnick: Now that Sam is a father figure, heâs reflective of the other characters that Sam has looked at paternally.
Â
3:26
Silas Lesnick: âIt says so much about an actor when you canât image another actor playing that role,â says Dinklage, âThat, to me, is Charles Dance as Tywin Lannister.â
Â
3:26
Silas Lesnick: Dinklage says Dance gives him a shoulder rub after every scene they do together.
Â
3:27
Silas Lesnick: âYouâre only as good as the actors you work with,â says Dinklage, âAnd Iâm working with some really good ones.â
Â
3:28
Silas Lesnick: Martin had previously joked that he was going to a country without television when âRed Weddingâ aired.
Â
3:28
Silas Lesnick: He soon discovered, though, that âthere are no countries without television.â

Silas Lesnick: He says heâs had people curse him to his face and swear theyâd never buy another book. But, he adds, usually they still do.
Â
3:29
Silas Lesnick: Benioff says that heâs really impressed by the internetâs ability to self-police spoilers.
Â
3:29
Silas Lesnick: âThereâs always going to be a few douches on message boards who want to ruin everything,â he says.
Â
3:30
Silas Lesnick: Weiss says the first season was really a test case. They didnât know how the Ned Stark twist would play out as far as spoilers go.
Â
3:33
Silas Lesnick: Clarke says sheâs constantly in awe of how much Daenarys keeps changing
Â
3:33
Silas Lesnick: and season four will continue that in a major way.
Â
3:35
Silas Lesnick: Madden is saying that, while he knew what was coming to some degree, he felt it was necessary to stay in the moment.
Â
3:36
Silas Lesnick: Theyâre about to show a never-before-seen deleted scene from Season Three.
Â
3:36
Silas Lesnick: It takes place before the first small council meeting in which Tywin is the hand of the king.
Â
3:36
Silas Lesnick: Normally scenes get deleted because they donât like them, but this one they loved.
Â
3:40
Silas Lesnick: The scene has Tywin fishing and heâs approached by Julian Gloverâs Pycelle, offering an intense conversation about the state of the kingdom.
Â
3:41
Silas Lesnick: Tywin very quickly reminds him whoâs in charge, though, and ultimately sends him back to clean his fish.
Â

Â
3:44
Silas Lesnick: Martin said he doesnât want to do an immediate prequel, but he might go back significantly further into Westeros history.
Â
3:45
Silas Lesnick: He thinks thereâs a lot of great stories to be told, but anything right before the first book would just seem âlike connecting the dotsâ.
Â
3:48
Silas Lesnick: Martin says that sometimes heâll mention little things to actors about whatâs going to happen when he visits the set, but that most donât want to know.
Â
3:49
