In case you missed it during Comic-Con, Neil Gaiman is returning to the world of "Sandman" with an all new prequel mini-series that will be drawn by J.H. Williams III. The new series is yet to be titled and has no release date, but it is coming and Gaiman talked to MTV about the plot for the series. You can watch the video below.
"It's set before issue 1 which is really terrifying, I'm loving it but it's really terrifying," Gaiman said. "This is the story of having to fight this very very peculiar war in a distant galaxy far far away where dreams are starting to melt down. The incarnation of Dream of that part of the galaxy has basically been destroyed and he's having to fill in."
Expect the five issue series to hit your local comic shop in 2013.
