Insomniac Introduces the Supporting Cast of Spider-Man: Miles Morales

Next month, Insomniac Games and Sony will put Peter Parker’s protégé in the spotlight in Spider-Man: Miles Morales. But with Peter and Mary Jane temporarily out of the picture, Miles is gonna need some more back up in the game. However, Insomniac already has him covered. On their official Twitter account, Insomniac introduced the game’s supporting cast for Miles: Ganke Lee, Danika Hart, and Hailey Cooper.

Ganke is Miles’ best friend from the comics, and the inspiration for the MCU’s take on Ned Leeds. He’s Miles’ “man in the chair,” and the inventor of the app that allows Miles to track crimes in the city. Danika also has her origins in the comics, but she’ll be a podcaster who covers Spider-Man’s adventures in the game. Hailey is an original creation for the game. According to her brief profile above, she’s a hearing impaired street artist.

Insomniac also debuted a new costume for Miles: the Crimson Cowl suit. Note that it has nothing to do with the Avengers villain with the same name.

Spider-Man: Miles Morales hits PS4 and PS5 on November 12.
