The Book of Boba Fett Crew, Cast Offer Story Hints in New Promo

Now that Hawkeye ended its six-episode arc, next week’s big Tuesday midnight appointment will be The Book of Boba Fett. And who knows what big surprises will unfold? One thing we do know: the footage revealed thus far has been from the same small handful of scenes, so there’s a lot left unshown. In a new promo video, some of that footage runs again, this time with actors and producers adding their comments. The Book of Boba Fett crew clearly love what they do.

It sounds like Jon Favreau came up with the story, which Robert Rodriguez says is overflowing with coolness. Fennec Shand actress Ming-Na Wen praises the story’s rawness, while Boba himself, Temuera Morrison, emphasizes the fun. Take a look in the player below:

The official synopsis, once again: “The Book of Boba Fett, a thrilling Star Wars adventure teased in a surprise end-credit sequence following the Season 2 finale of The Mandalorian, finds legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the galaxy’s underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the territory once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime syndicate.”

Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy and Colin Wilson executive produced. Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck also served as co-executive producers, alongside producer John Bartnicki co-producer John Hampian.
