“It’s Episode 5 of Season 5,” the 43-year-old actor stated while talking about his Boys debut. He then mentioned a new release pattern for The Boys Season 5, noting, “I think they’re putting out the first four episodes and then a little bit of time and then the final four episodes.” This would be a first for the show, as the first season premiered all its episodes in one batch, while following seasons released their episodes on a weekly basis after a three-episode premiere.
Jared Padalecki also disclosed an interesting connection between his character and his Supernatural co-star, Jensen Ackles’ Soldier Boy in Season 5, stating, “I’ll say this much — my character is very excited to meet Soldier Boy.” He concluded by sharing a disclaimer for his Boys debut, saying, “And for those who are not yet 18, do not watch it.”
With Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins joining The Boys’ cast for its final season, fans may be able to witness a significant Supernatural reunion in the show, with Jensen Ackles already playing a pivotal role in the series. While The Boys Season 5 has now wrapped filming, its official release date remains unknown at the time of writing.
