Batman Star Robert Pattinson Teases His “Very, Very Cool” Batsuit

Now that the dust has settled on the online backlash about his casting, The Batman star Robert Pattinson feels a little more free to speak about his upcoming movie. He may not be saying much,  but at least he can focus on the movie itself and not just on his casting as Bruce Wayne. Speaking with Yahoo Movies, Pattinson revealed that he hasn’t cast his eyes upon the final version of his new Batsuit, but he has heard some interesting notions coming from director Matt Reeves.

“Matt has got a really awesome idea about it,” he confessed. “I think this thing is going to be very, very cool.”

Moreover, he said that he received some costume advice from Christopher Nolan, the father of the Dark Knight trilogy.

“Chris told me a little bit about how to get the camo off my face — that amongst other things,” he said.

Unfortunately for Joker fans, Pattinson has confirmed once more that his Bruce Wayne and Joaquin Phoenix’s Arthur Fleck won’t meet.

“It’s kind of a different world,” Pattinson stated, adding that he still hasn’t seen Todd Phillips’ movie. “I might watch it tonight! Joaquin is the best — he’s awesome in everything.”

The major stars involved in Joker and Batman are systematically turning down every possible interaction between these charismatic characters. Should Phoenix change his mind and decide to confront Pattinson’s Batman in the future, it’s pretty obvious there are fans who would welcome the battle with a smile on their faces.

The Batman will hit theaters on June 25, 2021. Would you like to see the clash between Phoenix’s Joker and Pattinson’s Batman? Let us know in the comments section below.
