Just in time for Halloween, the Mickey Mouse Ghost Bucket is expected to be one of the most popular Disney collectibles this year. The theme park didn’t reveal the release date nor the price for the bucket when it was revealed in early August alongside the Pluto Skeleton Sipper and the Stitch Mummy Bucket. But since then, more information has been revealed about the 2025 Mickey Mouse bucket for Halloween.
What is the release date and price of the Mickey Mouse ghost bucket?
The Mickey Mouse ghost bucket is expected to be released at Disneyland on September 10. It is expected to cost around $30 or less.
This release date was unveiled by WDWNT, while the unofficial price is an estimate based on the cost for several other buckets available at Disney. In particular the Stitch Halloween Mummy bucket only costs $26.29, while the Star Wars Death Star popcorn bucket released earlier this year cost $32.49. This Mickey Mouse bucket doesn’t look as intricate as the Death Star one, but it does feature the main Disney mascot, which is why we settled on the $30 mark.
The bucket featured Mickey Mouse as a white ghost with a black cap that has his signature ears and can ostensibly be lifted so that the bucket can be filled with popcorn or candy. The ghost adorably holds a smaller plastic jack-o-lantern with green, purple, and orange candies. A blue strap with familiar Halloween icons like pumpkins and ghosts is attached along the sides of the bucket.
Disney originally revealed that the Mickey Mouse bucket would be limited to two per person, per transaction, and would only be available at Disney Springs. But a picture of the bucket has a card attached which says that it will be available at various locations. These locations include various stores, stands, and restaurants at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park.
