Hot Toys Sam Wilson Captain America Figure Spreads His Wings

The new Captain America is here. And ready to soar. And as usual, when new costumes and iterations of big-brand characters like this unveil, Hot Toys goes right out of the gate with their high-end, screen-accurate replica figures. Their Sam Wilson Captain America is no exception. Now representing people who didn’t always feel backed by the red, white, and blue, the former Falcon soars like an eagle. And this 12-inch figure does its best to represent those new heights for the patriotic icon.

Sam’s full wingspan extends to almost three feet. Each wing features individually sculpted “feathers” and multiple points of articulation. Pose Sam’s wings to dig in to the ground, shield him from enemy fire, and take out the bad guys. Then, for flight poses, a specially crafted stand allows him and Redwing to pose separately in “mid-air.”
