Exclusive Preview: Heroes Reborn: Squadron Savage #1

Somehow, the Marvel Universe’s resident devil, Mephisto, has created a new timeline in which the Avengers never became a team. However, the Squadron Supreme has risen in their place during the Heroes Reborn event. But some jobs are too dirty even for Mephisto’s chosen champions. That’s where the Squadron Savage comes in.

Within this timeline, Elektra isn’t just the world’s deadliest assassin, she’s also the leader of the Squadron Savage. Additionally, she works with Crossbones, Cloak, and someone who calls herself Murder Hornet. However, Elektra’s team just won’t be complete until she adds one more member.

In Superhero Hype’s exclusive preview for Heroes Reborn: Squadron Savage #1, Ethan Sacks and artist Luca Pizzari catch up with Elektra as she recruits Frank Castle for her team. This world is also Castle’s dream come true, because his family his still alive. Regardless, Elektra knows how to motivate him into becoming the Punisher again. That’s because the Squadron Savage’s latest adversary threatens to undo their false reality.
