One Piece fans have a major reason to mark their calendars for October. Toei Animation and Crunchyroll have officially announced that the One Piece Elbaph Arc English dub will premiere on October 20, 2026, at 9:00 AM PT, starting with Episode 1156. New dubbed episodes will drop weekly every Tuesday.
This marks a significant shift from the previous batch-release format long used for the series’ English dub, bringing dubbed releases much closer to the ongoing broadcast pace. The episodes will be available on Crunchyroll across the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, India, Southeast Asia, and Latin America.
The new weekly schedule comes as the Straw Hats begin their next major adventure. After escaping the Future Island Egghead, Luffy and his crew travel to Elbaph, the legendary Land of Giants. They also have the Giant Warrior Pirates by their side.
Elbaph stands as one of the most anticipated destinations in One Piece history, having been teased for decades. The arc promises long-awaited reunions, formidable new foes, and major revelations as the Straw Hats continue their pursuit of the ultimate treasure.
For English dub viewers, however, the release will be different this time. Previously, the dubbed episodes were released in multi-episode batches. The Elbaph Arc will instead follow a weekly schedule, keeping the dubbed version closer to the ongoing story.
To celebrate the announcement, Crunchyroll released an English-dubbed clip from the Elbaph Arc, giving fans an early look at the crew’s upcoming adventures.
What is the full One Piece broadcast schedule like?
Before the main series returns, Crunchyroll will debut One Piece Heroines. Its English, Spanish, and Portuguese dubs are scheduled to premiere on October 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM PT.
The special focuses on Nami after a pair of ill-fitting shoes prevents her from stopping a group of thieves; upon returning to the shop for a refund, the head designer offers her a custom pair in exchange for walking in an upcoming fashion show.
One week later, the Elbaph Arc English dub arrives on October 20, 2026, at 9 am PT with Episode 1156. Episode 1157 will follow on October 27, 2026, with new episodes releasing every Tuesday at 9:00 AM PT.
