Fox made me hate wolverine.

That is the lamest cover art using the lamest poster for the lamest "superhero" movie.

All I can think about is the parody picture someone made of Wolverine's claws instead being a hair pick when I see this poster/cover.

For every copy of this movie sold, a baby will die. It is that bad.

Might as well be called "Hugh Jackman in cool poses" instead of Wolverine. I felt like i was watching Tropic Thunder at some points.

OMG, it really does look like he's about to pick out his hair with an afro pick! Damn, that's funny!

yaa i can,t wait for this dvd i love the film and the story of it !

Posted by: Arggie on July 27, 2009 at 17:29:15

Yeah, still sucks. I hated what they did to Deadpool, and the first few Wolverine movies weren't as great as everyone says. I won't even steal this crap.

Even on the covers theyve made the mistake of close-ups of Wolverines claws? the blades are supposed to come along his hands and out between each finger, it actually looks like hes holding a divice not unlike a knucleduster WITH the blades attached!!, i think it would have looked better if it looked like they came out inbetween his knuckles? the close ups have always looked ropey for this film, the claws looked better in the X-Men films!!

So much hype, so much promise, and yet it had cheap a$$ effects and a flaky storyline, oh what could have been...I think the 1990's cartoon version of his origin in the X-Men cartoons were so much better.

BEST MOVIE EVER!! Hugh Jackman should win the best actor award every year just for this movie alone!!!
I got my Wolveirne 7-11 slurpee standee display standing PROUDLY in my room!!

If you don't like this movie go jerk off to the dark knight or harry potter.

Posted by: Bobor on July 27, 2009 at 17:58:58

I'll buy it- didn't think it was as lame as every one else, it was dudes scrappin'! Solid B-Movie, not as inventive as X or X2, but A-OK, I'd say.
Still wish the old couple were the Hudsons, though.

BAD movie...sorry Jackman.

Thanks for letting me know when not to buy this horrible movie.

Blu-Ray for me please.

Posted by: ico on July 27, 2009 at 18:18:06

This film was too cartoonish, which is not what a Wolverine movie should be. It reminds me of the change in style with the Batman series with the release of Batman Forever.

This one of the few cases where the video game is actually better than the movie.

BUY THE GAME, NOT THE MOVIE!

Posted by: Johny B on July 27, 2009 at 18:27:09

gettin the 2 disc

Posted by: alucard on July 27, 2009 at 18:27:32

I hate people that think that every new movie released is "DA BEST MOVIE EVAR". Even if it's a complete piece of **** like Transformers 2. At least this movie is watchable compared to Transformers 2.

Stupid conformists.

Posted by: dan the man on July 27, 2009 at 18:35:32

thanks to this movie ryan reynolds is green lantern so thank you wolverine and hugh jackman for kicking ass...

Posted by: Shayera on July 27, 2009 at 18:38:32

So if I don't like this movie, am I going to be accused of worshipping The Dark Knight too?
Seems kind of random....

The movie was simply horrible. The only good thing I can think of was the energy behind Hugh Jackman, as he's obviously not bored with the role as most actors get when faced with franchises (Star Trek, Spider-man...).

Beyond that, I think it wasn't any more than a cheap cash-in. Seeing how the plot disregards continuity much like the 3D Clone Wars tv show does with Star Wars, I can't see how any of the story is relevant. Move on from the story to the characters... the new ones, because everyone has had enough of Wolverine. That their appearances are there for exploitation only and not to serve the non-existent plot (with the exception of "Deadpool" - who IS the plot) is annoying and lacks any kind of depth any fan or non-fan was looking to see explored.

Pointless venture. You know what I'd really like to see come on DVD in the US? Battle Royale, or Batoru Rowaiaru. I'd buy a Blu-Ray player JUST TO BE ABLE TO WATCH IT on a Blu-Ray DVD. Too expensive to distribute though. If only quality mattered....

Speaking as a big Marvel fan, I have to say this is one of the worst superhero films I've seen. It's painfully obvious from the quality of this film's special effects and writing that Fox just didn't care.

i won't be buying this crap.
