Holy claw poppers batman! Just what is wolverine staring at anyway? Is it a blank space on a wall? a spider? the hulk? a 20 foot twinky? That would make me angry as hell too!!!

honestly i will be watching this movie i support all comic films some ive vomited at the end (wanted, batman&robin) others ive gone out of the theater bought another ticket and went back in (batman: begins and spider-man 1) but to totally honest i hate wolverine i think hes a crappy character who got his arse handed to him by spider-woman for gods sake he in my opinion is over-rate i mean who couldnt be a great character with a fill in the blank past that spands about 40 years and countless writers writing and rewriting his past doesnt real show how well of a write they are....i just hope they dont screw up the other characters (sabretooth, gambit, and deadpool...and dont hate im am rooting for ya!)

Logan is actually around 119-120 years old. He was born to a wealthy family in 1890's Canada. His healing factor also drastically affect his aging. His real name is James Howlet.

there is no way they'd make this a rated R film, not unless it was a complete revamp from the other X films. Its sad yes, but they are banking on fans of the X-men movies to come see this. So I'm sure there will be some slashing and stabbing but no where near as bloody as most would hope.

JETT1,

Fox still has the rights to X-Men/Wolverine. Marvel doesn't have any bit of control over this film which is sad to say. It would be a great idea to have this a rated R movie but it will never happen. Marvel Studious even stated they will not make R movies. Fox will do what ever they can to bring in the money.

Apart from the money, it's not a bad idea. How else can they get the young ones into the genre. I know they may be going at it the wrong way but it will work. Here's hoping this movie will be great given the director and the many stories they can work with.

- I'll catch you on the flip side!

Yep, that's Wolverine. I'd know him anywhere.

Wow, an ad for a MILF site on a Wolverine news story!

When will we see a Wolverine movie with him on full costume? I mean with a mask too. I Love the Wolverine's costumes and until now nothing. They could make it a stealth kind of mask. Common even Ciclops had his goggles.

I am very excited for this film but I have heard that they do have a flashback of wolverine as a kid and it takes place in the 20th century...I hope this is wrong information because I love the true origin of Wolverine so much...

any chance on seeing alpha flight or at least Mac and Heather Hudson in this one?

I wish they'd stop wasting our time. I'm really hyped for this one, and I want something new. This is the same picture they released alreadt, except it's a side view. I just wish Marvel Studios had been able to do this one. Yay for Deadpool and Gambit(hopefully) showing up. I haven't heard any news on Gambit, but What's Wolverine without his Cajun pal?

i was really looking forward to this flick but as soon as i found out that ryan reynolds was in it my excitement turned to major disappointment. i can't stand him and he has no place being in any kind of comic movie. for everyone looking for this to be dark i hate to tell you but it won't be as long as he is in it. case in point Blade Trinity. Garbage! actually there is one superhero flick he can be in: AntMan. lameass actor playing a lameass superhero. looks we have another Spiderman 3 on our hands. will marvel ever learn?

Posted by: leiz on July 9, 2008 at 02:50:49

Logan is older. He was born in the 1800's. If you look on marvel.com they tell yu what year he was born and his background.

Posted by: TenkenS on July 9, 2008 at 09:56:28

I disagreee with the one that said that the movie should be about a younguer wolverine... If anyone is a "fan" of the X-Men universe then they should know that there is no such thing as a young wolverine... Alongside with Mystique and Mr. Sinister, Wolverine is one of the oldest X-Men alive... I would like it if it sticks to the comics...

Posted by: Gambit on July 9, 2008 at 10:04:03

I'd have liked something a bit more dazzling and new but meh whatever. All I really want at this point is to see the Ragin' Cajun and the Merc with a Mouth...

Posted by: Jacob Davis on July 9, 2008 at 11:06:38

just like the new Batman films it will probablly take marvel 60+ yrs to get any of there characters right. until then enjoy your happy meal with this crap stamped on the side of it....

Posted by: zillax22 on July 9, 2008 at 16:26:18

Posted by: hulk on July 9, 2008 at 16:59:38
