..wutz the deal with the Military out fits...I haven't read a Wolverine comic in about 8 years...and I know he was part of a gov't project..but never new him to be in any military?

LAME!

Posted by: wolf on June 11, 2008 at 10:38:49

am I the only one who thinks this movie is trying to span way too much time? From his birth to World War 2 to Weapon X? This is just too much.

Posted by: Wraith8201 on June 11, 2008 at 10:38:56

Wolverine was in D-Day?!
Nobody told me!
Talk about Retro-active continuity...

Posted by: FanBoiii on June 11, 2008 at 10:40:17

I wouldn't want a connection between Fox's X-men and Marvel's Avengers. I hope we don't get Captain America. There's enough cameos already.

Posted by: Wraith8201 on June 11, 2008 at 10:42:17

To Sphincter, you dumb-ass...

What do u think Weapon-X is,a CIA experiment?
Only the MILITARY cooks up **** like that!

Posted by: Wraith8201 on June 11, 2008 at 10:52:07

To Fanboiii,

Dont say things like!

The Marvel people might read your comments...
There are never enough cameos in a comic book movie!

Keep'em coming guys!

I, for 1, would love to see Cap fight with Wolvie on D-Day!

It's like a whole new movie now, forget X-Men Origins: Wolverine...
They should call it Saving Private Logan!

Posted by: Sphincter...I barely know her on June 11, 2008 at 10:53:54

Wraith8201....you wholeass Weapon X is a Canadian government experiment originally . I was asking a question...to gain understanding...you have shown yourself to be the true turd. btw..isn't your nap time comming up...

YAAWWWWWWNNNNN

Posted by: Adrian on June 11, 2008 at 10:57:48

Wow. If there is a Captain America cameo in this one, just think of the possibilities. Hulk, Iron Man, Cap. America, Thor....and Wolverine all in the Avengers movie! It's possibile.

Posted by: kLee on June 11, 2008 at 10:59:59

wolf-
Weapon X happened right after his WW2 days so I don't think this movie will span for too much time at all.

As for cameos, I don't think they'll have cap in there for sure, because then they'd have to already settle on a character for him, unless they are doing the whole shoot a couple scenes with a scrawny kid and he'll start bulking up for cameo reasons...come to think about it...the story wouldn't be all there unless Cap was in there because that was the tide turner and wolverine was there as well to help...

And wtf is with Gambit being in there as well as Deadpool? I hope they are in there towards the end because that would not make sense at all.

I would love for spiderman to be in the Avengers

Posted by: Howlettwilson on June 11, 2008 at 11:01:37

The got this part wrong. Logan served with the Canadian Army in WWII. These folks are all dressed up as the US Army. With the "Darby Ranger's" Patch. I think it is the same unit insignia that was worn in "Saving Private Ryan".

btw I don't see how these are spoiliers

Posted by: dylannnnnnnnnn on June 11, 2008 at 11:09:08

i dont think deadpool will have a costume

i think he will be just like th x men and some sort of suit on or just be some guns and stuff straped to his body

Posted by: 2sday on June 11, 2008 at 11:09:17

YEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!

I thought it was still the "high school" version with no WW2.

Posted by: Kamen Rider on June 11, 2008 at 11:15:54

so this means, are we going to see a little kid called Eric Lensherr?

I dunno, maybe...

Posted by: winged avenger on June 11, 2008 at 11:21:23

Yo you better be playing about msg4.Put spoiler alert ps Wolverine will be great cant wait till it comes out.

Posted by: Dr. Doom on June 11, 2008 at 11:40:09

Maybe this is part of when he was on "Team X" with Sabretooth and Maverick? If I remember correctly, there were a bunch of military guys in the chopper they jumped out of for one of their missions. They may have just left them in army outfits instead of their black and gold outfits. Just a guess. Although, that would mean that Arkady Rossovich may have to be in it, and I saw no mention anywhere of Omega Red.

Posted by: FanBoiii on June 11, 2008 at 11:50:56

This is nitpicky, but I was hoping they'd use CGI to shrink Wolvie down a bit. Not as short as 5'3, but around 5'6"
