Hey! Night Owl snow suit! Not sure how I feel about the BMX helmet, but the rest looks spot-on!

I also love how Jon and Janey have these awkward expressions in their photo. It makes it feel more vintage.

Good stuff!

why do people think it'll 'bomb'? I still don't understand that - it may not make as much money as most comic book movies, but people are making it if the story is not interesting enough, or will turn people off.

this movie is going to rock out with its c*** out. anyone who says otherwise can kiss my black ass! YEEEEAAAAH, baby! whooooooo!

why do any of you care about box office performance? you're just like the wannabes in high school who wanted to part of the in crowd. Sad.

BAM is a tool.

...This coming from someone with the name, "Film Ninja." I bet you hate pirates, too. Am I right, BandWagon Ninja?

Awesome pictures. I really think the movie is going to do well. I think a lot of it will be over people's heads, but it will be made up for in visual style and (what looks to be) some solid action sequences. The mob will follow the fanboys and the film critics after the first screenings and reviews.

I have no doubt it will be a good movie. Anyone who's read the novel and has seen the trailers so far will agree. I looks like to be a really good adaptation.

The outfits may be comic accurate, but Nite Owl's Antarctic suit looks freakin absurd. I'm sorry, but it made me laugh out loud.

Nite Owl's arctic suit looks awesome.

disgustingly bad, looks like the 70s

Wolverines costume design looks oscar worthy on the other hand ,SO realistic and gritty and dark.
and best of all, CONTEMPORARY

Posted by: Marr Veil on January 29, 2009 at 15:44:08

I heard this movie is very light hearted and not gritty like Wolverine.

Posted by: Shayera on January 29, 2009 at 15:44:59

The Axis of Evil....
I don't remember them in the book. Perhaps they were mentioned once, but those... designs..... are original.

People are going to laugh at Nite Owl II, and I won't blame them. I'll just be glad that they got the Antarctic suit down pat.

Yes attempted rape, and shooting pregnent women doesnt compare to Wolverines gritty screaming.

Posted by: Marr Veil on January 29, 2009 at 15:48:59

Wolverine WILL be the most violent Superhero movie ever.
And Kumer What does rape, pregnent women have to do with this?

Posted by: kumer on January 29, 2009 at 15:50:29

Nothing go back to Wolverine and his gritty screaming.

Posted by: all hail marvel on January 29, 2009 at 15:54:00

You people are CRAZY. They are talking about Hugh Jackmans performence as Wolverine.
They say it BLOWS away Rober Deniros performence in Raging Bull.
BOTTOM LINE Wolverine will be better than Watchmen PERIOD.

movie will be amazing. just wait. it'll be up there with TDK

anyone else think Crudups rig up for the CGI looks like the Tron suit?

Posted by: tyler on January 29, 2009 at 16:51:42

looks silly. i've never read of heard of the comic before all the hub-bub about this movie started. so i really am not interested in seeing it.
whoever said it'll be up there with TDK....hahahahahahahahaahhaahahahaah YEAH RIGHT!!!!!!

Posted by: watchmen watcher on January 29, 2009 at 16:59:23

i think the antartic suit is actually well done. people should stop complaining about everything and expecting more, because we got a movie that is so close to the source material that the costume aren't what will ruin the movie at all... there not identicall but at least it's not like x-men (which i don't think the costumes are bad, on the contrary, because seeing wolverine in a yellow spandex suit would have been ridicoulous) but we can say that it's more well adapted for a movie production.
