Looks DECENT. But will it have as much depth as Ironman? I DONT THINK SO.

Posted by: Ironman on January 6, 2009 at 17:16:31

IRONMAN 2 will win 17 oscars

Good trailer I think. Doesn't seem as concerned with showing spectacle or throwing in random shots that have the most action. Hints at the more intriguing aspects of the story like Rorsachs murder investigation and that. I hope the Fox case is thrown out and they can get the film released as close to the original date as possible. What a bunch of p****s.

On another note, I'm sick of this bloody site always telling me I've put the wrong security code in when I haven't.

Someone said this looks worse than Wolverine?
Hahaha! FOX wont put money into making Wolverine good. Wolverine is my favorite character but I accepeted the fact that the FOX movie is gonna suck just like the O.C. I mean X-men films.

Reasons why Watchen will be better than Wolverine:

1. Rated R for violence and killing.

Note: Wolverine stabs people for a living and his movie is PG-13, meaning no blood for a guy who swings blades all day.

2. Budget (I dont need to elaborate)

3. Character Design. (you can make money by staying true to the characters)

4. trailer (Wolverine's trailer looks like X2 and X3 combined) Never seen so many wifebeaters in my life

5. Using source material (FOX doesnt know what that means but Snyder does.

6. Effort (FOX turned Wolverine into a sex symbol instead of a bersker killing lonely tortured soul killer he has always been)

7. No interference (WB gives their directors total creative control)

8. Good Marketing (FOX is notoriously terrible at this)

9. Movie is made by Warner Bros.

10. Will please fans (not just 13yr old girls)

On another note, FOX doesnt even have Posters out? While Watchmen has close to Fifteen already....Jeez you'd think a summer blockbuster film would promote better than that. Its not like you'll recognize anyone from the trailer anyway because nobody has costumes remotely close to their roots.

Watchmen as a movie will mop the floor with X-men Origins? Hahaha! Look how desperate FOX is trying to remind people that its an x-men movie so they can make more cash. NO thanks, if I want street clothes and another story about how a man looses his women I'll stay up eating chocolated dipped fruit with my girlfriend while watching "The Notebook". Big F U to FOX and Big props to Zach Snyder and his career as a director. Also to WB, a studio who understands.

And on the seventh day Alan Moore rested. Now if he can only make some time to shave.
