I can't wait. I need another trailer.
I don't know why but Ozymandias reminds me of Bowie as a superhero.

There is only one character I want to see wearing bat-nipples.

Uh oh, is Michael Schumacher involved with the design of Ozymandias' costume?

I like the movie's interpretation of the graphic novel's artwork. BUT. . .I must shove any reasonable expectations that I have for this movie down into the pit of my stomach. Because if this movie sucks, it will have wrecked one of the most entertaining and thought-provoking graphic novels there is.

Must. . .keep. . .expectations. . .minimal. . .

wow! for a movie that has dealt with grumblings from comic fans the world over due to one reason or another, they sure are making a damn good push to look awesome...

JUST FOUND OUT THAT SNYDER HAS COMPLETELY REPLACED THE "SQUID" ENDING FOR WATCHMEN!!!

Way to go Zach....you have an incredible movie within your grasp and then go and make up your own ending.

I have now lost faith in you.

And many fans will follow suit and the movie will possibly end up causing you your career.

You deserve what you get....BRAVO.

The Watchmen movie posters look amazing I am really looking forward to seeing DC's next comic book adaptation they will soon be showing Superman: Man of Steel teaser and theatrical trailer between 2009 and 2010. They, will begin filming the rebooted sequel early next year plus, Batman Shadow of The Bat was rumored to begin production next year as well. I will say go Batman The Dark Knight grossed near a billion dollars domestically that is incredible.

Top marks go to the Comedian...... I love them, its so fake and unrealistic, for any other superhero film you wouldnt give to s**ts, but it just "works" for watchmen! Noooiiiicccceee!

Looks Good.

Blood Red, you just now found out? They did test screening in Portland a month ago. No Squid. UNLESS, he IS doing the squid just wants to throw us off since he had to show footage so early....Trixy Zach Snyder...

Dan Dreiberg (Nite Owl II) looks awesome in the backgroud of the Mr Manhattan poster...

With his glasses on... just like the GN.

Now why is Rorschach holding a toy gun or what so special about that custome made?

I love a good comic book movie, but they are going overkill on the comic book adaptions....eventually they will be frowned upon, abit like horror movies...people now dont appreciate the good ones cos the industry is saturate in so many crap ones.......same will happen with comic book movies.

I just finished the Watchmen book...what an amazing story.....i can not wait for this movie and if it is true I am glad they got rid of the squid that was the only let down.

Alan Moore isn't perfect, but I dig some of the guys work, the ending isn't that dig of a deal.

Posted by: Abe on November 11, 2008 at 05:45:25

the guy in the first poster (i don't know the character's name as i'm yet to read the book); he looks a lot like nicolas cage with a big fat mo.

Is it just me or does anyone else think The Comedian looks like he was portrayed by Robert Downey Jr.?

Posted by: Saph on November 11, 2008 at 06:13:01

Yes, its a shame that Snyder removed the squid, but at least the ending is still the same. It's still going to have the same impact.
