Wanted Hitting DVD and Blu-ray on December 2

While we already knew the specs for The Incredible Hulk and Hellboy II: The Golden Army DVDs and Blu-ray Discs, The Hollywood Reporter has more information on the Wanted release:

Three of the theatrical releases coming to home video in both the DVD and Blu-ray Disc formats: "The Incredible Hulk," coming Oct. 21; "Hellboy II: The Golden Army," due Nov. 11; and "Wanted," arriving in stores Dec. 2.

The "Hulk" DVD and Blu-ray gift sets each feature hours of bonus content, including an alternate opening scene and extensive background information about the film and its characters, as well as digital copy for play on portable movie-viewing devices. The Blu-ray version comes in collectible 3-D packaging.

"Hellboy II" will be released as a three-disc DVD and a two-disc Blu-ray gift set. The set includes a digital copy and in-depth bonus features, all encased in limited-edition 3-D packaging. The gift sets also come with a director's production journal, a poster and a collectible Golden Army statue.

"Wanted," an action thriller with Angelina Jolie and Morgan Freeman, will be issued in a deluxe gift set, also in both DVD and Blu-ray versions, that includes a digital copy, bonus content, a book of assassins and collectible postcards. The set comes in collectible packaging pierced with a bullet, creating a shattering effect to the outer case.

Directed by Timur Bekmambetov, Wanted stars James McAvoy, Morgan Freeman, Terence Stamp, Thomas Kretschmann, Common and Angelina Jolie.

HELL YEAH, I will be picking up Wanted on Blu Ray when it comes out. This and The Incredible Hulk are the reasons why Im finally going Blu. Wanted was such a surprise and a real sleeper hit. I wasnt expecting the film to be so much fun and it really was. I cant wait for it

I know what you mean Zahin, I got new Call of duty, Gears of war 2, and couple other games i want, but im for sure getting watned, it was an awesome movie and ofcourse hulk and hellboy.

Did anyone read the graphic novel? It was awesome, but I have heard mixed reviews on the movie. Is it worth picking up?

i don't have a blue ray player, dvd is good enough for me. Haven't seen the movie yet, probably a good rental.

Wanted, was a fantastic movie this year I for one enjoyed, Angelina Jolie's performance as well as, Morgan Freeman, James McAvoy, and Terance Stamp. I remember him from Elektra and Superman The Movie and Superman II as General Zod. December 2, 2008 is a great date for Wanted. WB and Zack Snyder or a different familiar director will be working on the sequel. December 9, 2008 The Dark Knight comes home on DVD with a theatrical re-release later this year. The Incredible Hulk yes, I was extremely excited what DVD viewers will be viewing in the three different formats. Single disc, two-disc DVD and The 3 disc Blu-Ray DVD I think it is three discs. I told my kid brother about TIH coming to Blu-Ray and he is excited about the film coming October 21, 2008 and will be getting it on Blu-Ray DVD later this month.

If you liked the graphic novel of Wanted, you will be disappointed as I was about the movie. That's why I will be skipping on Wanted, it was nowhere near the graphic novel. Now Incredible Hulk and HellBoy 2 are a must.

wanted was a good movie, don't know if i'll have room in the budget, indy, hulk, TDk, hellboy 2 sucked ass, so maybe i will have room for wanted, thanks HB2.

hahahaaaa above post is funny because Wanted is so much like Matrix that he called it Matrix 4 even though it is completely different movie with completely different characters, plot, locations . . .but still funny comment hahahahah OMG ROFLMAO lol lol lol

seriously, though, I'd buy the DVD if I had the money, it's worth it for the keyboard scene.
