LaBeouf Back on Transformers Set Thursday

Both Entertainment Tonight and Film School Rejects are reporting that Shia LaBeouf is returning to the set of Michael Bay's Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen on Thursday.

Shia and his passenger/co-star Isabel Lucas were hit in the early morning hours of July 27 by another driver who had run a red light in Los Angeles. LaBeouf underwent surgery on his hand to repair damage caused by the accident. Reports in late July said that it would take a month before LaBeouf would be back on set, but that appears not to be the case.

DreamWorks/Paramount is targeting a June 26, 2009 release for Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.

Shia "Hardcore" LaBeouf, way to go. I think he doesn't want to hear the Transformer fan's screaming about the movie being delayed.

Saw him watching Bottleshock couple days ago. Had a cap over his head as well as the cast on his arm.

Actors I don't care about? This guy. Hard core? he had surgery on his hand! How hard will they have to work around that? Facial shots?

Bay, develop the Robots and show them more facetime this time! I will give you the 1st to slowly introduce them, this one better have a LOT more robot/robot fight scenes and less human/robot crap!

I for one can't wait for this movie.

Although Bay might not be my favorite director, he pulled Transformers off as a good action movie, although not that "Transformers", but still.

Night Watch/Day Watch was great, and they werent true to the original material at all.

Meh.

this guy should be lucky to even be free considering he was DRINKING AND DRIVING. Don't care if they say it wasn't his "fault", shouldn't have been out there in the first place.
God dammit we have weak prosecutors.

... but in any event, bring on some more transformers! >:D

shia is the mother loving man. transformers was an awesome flick for me.. i enjoyed it very much. as for all you ppl who say lets see more bot/bot action and no human..how are you going to fall into the emotion of a robot? sure it be ok but when shxt blew up in the first and it was in slow motion it was king! best line of the film
"im never giving you this allspark"
"OH So unwise"
(im pretty sure thats what he said haha)
the music behind that scene was boss..

any event dudes stop hating and go make your own movie and lets see how that works
fxkers

@round redwing

He wasn't drinking and driving. Early reports had him drunk because that's the thing to do with young celebrities, but reports later came out saying that he wasn't. The other driver was drunk, ran a red light and smacked into him in excess of 50 mph.

Wyngarde: You don't even mean that. Even you yourself have stated the reason you don't like the first one for more than just Lebouf. Not that you won't watch the second one at least twice...

Hate to say it CYM but I'm 33 and I'm a huge movie buff. In fact I was the movie coordinator for Campus Activities Board at Western Michigan University when I was in college (we selected all the movies that were shown to the entire student body of WMU campus wide) and I can tell you TDK sucked. Great acting but absolutely not plot or character development.

"we selected all the movies that were shown to the entire student body of WMU campus wide"

Which means you subjected an entire campus to your snotty indie art films. I feel sorry the students at vaunted WMU.

Pull your head out of your ass dude. You're choking on your own ****.
