I agree, Dark Knight was amazing. But I can't believe the joker killed Alfred at the end. It's a great twist but where are they gonna take it from there? I appreciate it was either him or Batman and he saved the son he never had but can he really be dead. How can they kill off Michael Caine???!! What a cliffhanger!!

I hope this is just something the guys are throwing around the office. It's too simple and does look like the logo from the first one. Now I wouldn't say it's the worse sequel/prequel title out there. Here's some off the top of my head because I just woke up.

1. The Phantom Menace
2. 2 Fast 2 Furious
3. Batman and Robin
4. The Cradle of Life

Arghh. I can't go on. My head is starting to hurt.

Posted by: Movie Buff on July 23, 2008 at 11:11:15

HA HA ha The Joker killed Alfred? u watch some weird Batman cartoon or something. Lies

Posted by: Grayskull Prime on July 23, 2008 at 11:11:29

He'll come back as Megatron. Bay doesn't care enough about Transformers to use Galvatron. This is the guy who pointlessly combined Vector Sigma with an energon cube in order to create something totally different that did the same dang thing.

Wow!! I can't believe how little luv transformers is getting these days. I thought over all it was a good movie.

@ The Spoiler Boiler

Umm.. did we see different movies or something? because I totally missed where joker kill alfred.

As if Transformers wasn't over rated. Just like the new one it will be about a BOY that had robot friends. I remember when Transformers was about ROBOTS that have a human friend. Correct me if I'm wrong but the original animated move (the REAL Transformers movie) had only 2 humans. Alls I'm saying is forget Shy Laboo I want a movie about Transformers!

Posted by: whoamI on July 23, 2008 at 11:27:53

sounds like a star wars movie now....why couldn't they just stick with the 2

Posted by: WarJournalist on July 23, 2008 at 11:30:19

TDK was great, if not slightly over-rated. It pretty much lived up to the hype(no, Alfred doesn't die).

Mista Norbo:
I understand that wikipedia is accurate on ocassion, but come on. What else could it possibly mean? The first movie was okay but a bit of a letdown. Hopefully this one will put a good end to it, and we can say goodbye to Bay and his robots. It didn't take off on the right wing to revitalize the series.

What the hell is with all the Batman self love. I'm sure it's a good movie but what the hell.

I'm sure if this was a thread about pasta TDK would still get a mention followed by groans of self touching.

Posted by: Byron_More on July 23, 2008 at 11:38:07

Honestly why are they even making a sequel..I'll see it though.

Posted by: TeaBag_assassin on July 23, 2008 at 11:43:23
