Bay to Fox: "Just Look Hot"

MTV talked to Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen star Megan Fox, who says that the sequel is "is 10 times as big, 10 times as many set pieces, explosions, and acrobatic stunts."

She added that "Shia and I make out a little bit; I don't know if anyone wants to see that."

Fox says that they have been reworking the script as it was written fast because of the writers strike, mainly to add character "stuff" for her and Shia amongst the giant robots.

And what is Michael Bay's main directorial input to Megan? "His main note to me is just to look hot; so I try my best."

Doesn't that kinda demoralize her? If I was a director I think I'd rather tell my hot actress to act her ass off and it would be my duty to make her look hot...IMHO.

The movie is called "Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen". I wasn't expecting academy worthy performances from any of cast in the first place so this doesn't phase me much. Just give me lots of explosions.

I dunno, all she did in the first one was stand there and look hot and I thought she did that fine. In fact, if the Oscars had a "Best stand there and look hot performance in a motion picture" Category I'm sure Ms. Fox would have taken it home.

...And she's right, no one wants to see Shia Lebouff make out with ANYONE.

theres so much wrong with everything sed in this article, i dont know where to start. This film with be as massively epic failure as the first. people that love these movies that are over the age of 14 really need to start to consider getting an education in taste.

I don't know why all you guys give Transformers such a hard time, it was one of the most amazing films ever made. The special effects were awesome and shia is the man, he can make out with whoever he wants, especially Megan Fox (who is a fox). T2 is going to be awesome and I can't wait.

This actually sounds promising. The need for her to simply "look hot" hopefully means her on-screen time is limited, and they concentrate on the mother-loving bots. Gawd, I want to see the Starscream/Megatron friction (if Mega returns).

And yeah, transformers (especially from Michael Bay) is just effects, explosions, and hot girls. Don't expect any more or less, how is there even complaints about his direction, that's what it always is.

Everybody bashes her, and the first film, why? She was what she was supposed to be, a ditsy highschool girl. She pulled it off.

If the second one is going to be that much bigger, it's going to be the most badass flick in a long time. Because the first on's action was unparalleled (did I spell that right)...

I like **** being blown up too, but I at least expect something worth seeing as far as a story is concerned..otherwise I would just watch Scifi made movies for brainless dribble....

ever see a film made by a bunch of high school english students? you know how they cannot get on the same page and each one is doing their own thing as the scene is filmed? thats what i picture fox doing...everyone is acting...shes posing her own agenda in the background.

I didn't think Megan's acting was terrible. Her character just seemed like someone being natural, as opposed to real oscar-winning acting. Like others have said, this isn't an oscar-winning series.

Robots, explosions, hot chick = entertainment.
