Jesus, even in a Jonah Hex movie they can't keep the damn focus off Megan Fox.
She must be stopped!

Not so hyped about this, I mean... Meggan Fox is hot, but an actress? I think she's overrated, we'll see... any trailer yet?

Megan Fox looks so mature and delicious. I think she would be great for Lois Lane... if it wasn't for her annoying voice and lack of acting talent.

I don't know too much about Jonah Hex. Only found out about him by watching Cartoon Network's Batman: The Brave and the Bold. So my question is.......why do Jonah Hex first? Why not do The Flash, Wonder Woman, or any of the more well know members of the Justice League? Just seem odd that in the current economic climate that you would want to go with an unknown character. I'm not saying Jonah Hex is cool or anything. I did like what I saw of the character on Batman: The Brave and the Bold. Still there are still a lot of "A" list DC heroes that still haven't gotten a movie made about them.

PG-13?!!! no, those are for babies!!! it's a PG with capitals!!
And they are using the same strategy to get audience, Megan Fox. Jonah Hex should look like TDK's Two Face.

They probably will ruin this, Jonah Hex has some great storylines, it'd be sad to so it butchered. Still, with Brolin involved, I have some semblance of faith.

Purewitz: Jonah Hex has been a great but overlooked staple for DC for a long time. the sad thing about him is that he is a Confederate soldier so he fought against the union.
Remember also that westerns are easy to make, good ones last forever like Clint Eastwood's The Good, The Bad and the Ugly.
On the subject of Megan Fox...I find her just as annoying as Paris Hylton and hope she DOES NOT RUIN the movie for me. I love Jonah Hex. I don't want to see her in another superhero movie.

I still see no reason for me to not be excited about this movie.
Now DC, make the grimmest and grittiest The Question movie.

Looking forward to Jonah Hex, but i am tired of Megan Fox already! Does she really have such an important role in the movie that she gets top billing with Brolin?
Posted by: T-Dawg on July 23, 2009 at 11:55:35
NUTS!! I was hoping the poster would have put John Malkovich's name next to Josh Brolin's! And Looking at him as well, NOT Megan Fox!
Posted by: jorel on July 23, 2009 at 13:44:04
josh brolin is a really good actor, so as long what's written for him isn't garbage he should do well.
as for megan and the rest of the crew, we'll see when a trailer comes out.

Honestly I'm in this for JB and JM two very awesome and talented actors at work today especially JB who is such a badass imo and fits perfectly as JH eventhough I don't know much about the character it feels like the perfect role for someone like JB. Now with saying all of that I'm not gonna lie that MF looks incredibly HOT there and I would still give anything to have an hour with her LOL!
