I'm lucky if I get this excited about one movie a year. This year I have two. Iron Man and The Dark Knight, not to mention some honorable others: Indy, Hellboy 2 ,Hulk, Tropic Thunder and Hanc.o.c.k

Needless to say, I am really looking forward to this. It looks amazing!

this is one of those movies you just cannot wait to see and i feel that way exactley!!! i truly do not feel that we will be dissapointed either. if anything with jon and rdj i think we will all be so amazed at how well they did on this film. you see marvel gets it they get what fans want to see and they ghave made some mistakes in the past but they unlike d.c. have learned from those mistakes. and dont even dissagree with me cause just go take a look at superman returns catwoman and every other batfilm other than begins. MAKE MINE MARVEL *****ES!!!!

I love the blast coming from his chest! Very cool indeed. I really think this is going to set the standard for the upcoming comic based films. Spiderman started it and Ironman is going to take it to the next level. I agree with you ironmanwillselloutbatman...I think now that Marvel is taking control, they will start getting things done in a way that the fans can get into and love. I also agree with your name. =)

In the words of James Rupert Rhodes (War Machine) "That's the coolest thing I've ever seen"

I'm not nearly as excited as I should be, especially for a Marvel fan.

It just doesnt look THAT great. Especially since I feel like I've seen the whole movie.

Somebody please explain why this looks like "TEH GR8EST EVR!!!"

Well trevz. it has awesome action, a great character, faithful designs, a stellar cast, cool SFX, a solid plot, it looks a fun, entertaining and exciting, like a comic book movie should. Maybe your just a little jaded. So what if people want to be excited about this movie? They should, and you don't have to be a downer for everyone.

I agree, the action looks spectacular, and the interaction of the characters looks like fun, but I have to wonder if there's going to be a lot of down time in the film.... I hope the rollercoaster never stops or even slows down once it gets started... I'll expect a beginning that sets up the story, but once it starts to rock, there should be no stopping Iron Man!!

Iron man will run circles around The Dark Knight.
If they make a good Thor movie they should go ahead a green light Avengers

FAIL

Posted by: John on April 11, 2008 at 03:04:00

Looks sort of corny and the jokes aren't funny.

I'm sure we'll get the most amazing CGI action sequences to date though.

WOW! This movie can't come soon enough!
