Transformers 2 Confirmed for Philly?

Philadelphia's KYW Newsradio 1060 has posted an interview with Sharon Pinkenson, executive director of the Great Philadelphia Film Office, that seems to confirm Transformers 2 shooting will take place in the city. Here's a clip:

"Dream of the Romans" has been shooting. 'Tenure", "Happy Tears", and "Marly and Me" are upcoming as is Transformers II. But won't giant robots wreck the place????

"Ha, ha. Let's just say the destruction part is going to be digitally enhanced."

Otherwise, there goes the neighborhood.

Stay tuned for possibly more on this as it comes in.

Actually the new additions are Hot Rod, Ultra Magnus, Prowl, Arcee, Soundwave, Skywarp, Hook, Long Haul, Quickmix, Scavenger, Scrapper, and whatever they end up renaming the USS Nimitz aircraft carrier. I do know it won't be Tidal Wave. There are also dozens of "protoform" soldiers that will have no names.

There will also be filming in Princeton, NJ in conjunction with Philadelphia.

BTW...I'm the same Archangel who writes for Action-Figure.com

That's true. Michael's tough to believe. He invited me over for steak on the grill one night and we ended up going out for seafood. I was like, "What the hell? I don't even LIKE seafood. What's this joker trying to pull?" But he was actually taking me to my surprise birthday party so it was all good. Still, I just don't trust the guy.

Ok quit saying which robots will be in the movie when you have no idea...Archangel you dont know who is really in the movie. They havent confirmed nothing only the shoots. Why get people all hyped up for your false bull****.
