lookin' good. I really hope this doesn't disapoint. After spidey 3 & ghost rider, I've been skeptical.

Can't wait for Iron Man.I do wanna say one thing though. For those of you who have seen
my short film,The Owl,I never wanted a bunch of you to write hateful reviews about it.If you didn't like it,then that's fine, you didn't like it.It's just a shoe string production of
a short film. The best I can do for such little
money.I pretty much bought the Batman costume on ebay, etc. If you havent' seen my film yet,
go to Youtube.com and search for HOOTED AVENGER.Don't waste your time and give me crap for the movie. It's just weird that so many short films are dramas and documentaries.I just wanted to make a comedy and see how it would go.So far in my hometown of Tampa, people are liking it and I'm meeting new friends and filmmakers who want to work with me in the future.Remember, you gotta start somewhere.Again
if you don't like it,then don't post anything
hateful, cuz so far I've read enough bad reviews
about my film.I'm sorry if I wasted your time,
but check it out and see for yourself.Let other
people post stuff about IRON MAN instead of reading crap about you hating a short film.
How else do people start making movies. They start form the bottom and work their way up.
Thanks.

Anything Iron Man rite now is good. I do agree the clip should have had more to it. However I think too much of the movie, before it's released, will have no surprises when it opens. Keep the teasers coming in small amounts.

"Jarvis"?! awesome.

Posted by: Jeff on April 8, 2008 at 01:13:10

I love the refrence to Jarvis. Wasn't he his butler in the animated movie that came oout too? Or am I mistaken and it was the Avengers movie? I guess I'll have to watch them both again. :) I really think this movie is going to rock my socks off. I can't wait! Also.... does anybody know if the rumor is true that Tony Stark is making an appearance in the Hulk to recruit for the Avengers? Or is he just there to give some input to Bruce or whoever for technology issues? Just curious.

The more I see of this movie the better it looks. Iron man Is my most anticipated movie of the summer. can't wait

Stop teasing us!! Arrrrggghhhh!

Posted by: FireFly's Enigma on April 8, 2008 at 01:28:01

Jeff,

I also heard the same about the cameo of Stark or one of the generals. I would love the ending to be like this [either end of movie or after credits]: Banner is being brought to a private meeting. He asks who it is and someone says "I don't know, but all I know is he is powerful". Banner walks into a room with no windows. A file is thrown on a table and we see a quick A on it. Camera pans up to who tossed the file and it's Stark [RDJ]. He says "are you a team player?" with a sadistic smile. Then stark says "we need to talk"...finale scene banner looks confused then smiles.

Or something like that. It's late. Please no bashing. :)

That was sick!

This movie will make up for the unspeakable trash that was Spider-Man 3 and Bret Ratner's horrible take on X-Men.

The story, visuals and the soundtrack will be good. And grounded by a cast that all have been nominated for Oscars (with Gwyneth Paltrow winning one), the film will be off the chain.

Posted by: Thomas on April 8, 2008 at 01:37:07

@Firefly

That would be simply amazing

Posted by: blk_spidey on April 8, 2008 at 02:42:13

''it looks like a dream'' i can't wait for this movie!!!

Posted by: f00768500 on April 8, 2008 at 03:53:16

Hmmm... I'm gonna goes against the flow and say "PLEASE! No MORE teasers!! We've seen enough, we're hooked, let's wait til May 2!"

Posted by: f00768500 on April 8, 2008 at 03:54:53

That said, *this* teaser has made me lose control of my oral functions - it's all I can do not to drool like a frikken St. Bernard right now!

Posted by: Lead Tester on April 8, 2008 at 04:48:09

This looks very crappy

Posted by: f00768500 on April 8, 2008 at 05:54:52

It'll be interesting to see, given that Iron Man is a masked hero, how many fully-suited scenes RDJ really appears in (aside, obviously, from the heavy stunts and CGI bits).

*That'll* be a nice tidbit for the DVD... which (incidentally) needs to be released the MINUTE it stops playing worldwide!!!
