This is Not a Wolverine Teaser Poster
Source:Superhero Hype!
February 26, 2008

We're seeing this pop-up on Blogs over the internet already, so, before it gets out of hand, we wanted to make sure you know this is not an officially released teaser poster for X-Men Origins: Wolverine from 20th Century Fox. Instead, it's cool fan art created by Superhero Hype! message board poster 'Neto Magnus'. Nice work Neto!

Awesome. This brings back memories. I used to draw this exact image (Not nearly this good) on notebook paper while I was in high school.

COOL JOB WELL DONE !

From designer to designer...this is pretty damn dope!

Posted by: jfreak04 on February 26, 2008 at 11:37:59

REALLY good drawing!

It's obvious that it's a fake, mainly because Wolverine shouldn't have his adamantium (I'm not sure of the spelling is correct) in an ORIGIN story.

Posted by: spiderdude624 on February 26, 2008 at 11:45:21

Of course Wolverine will have the claws. This movie is about how he gets them. Batman Begins is an origin story, but that doesn't mean Batman isn't in it.
That's a great looking poster and I would be happy for something like that as a teaser.

Umm Skaar have you seen the 1st pic of the movie, he definately has his Adamantium.

Posted by: speedracer216 on February 26, 2008 at 11:49:34

you artards. OF COURSE he has the adamantium. he got that in his origin. this isn't the "baby wolverine's first birthday movie" it's the weapon X story which means he has the adamantium.

anyway, cool image. feel like i saw this "teaser" a year ago somewhere...

Fox should call and commission this gem.

Nice work!

AWESOMENESS!

Posted by: Michael Banno on February 26, 2008 at 12:00:17

Even if he doesn't start the movie with the Adamantium, I'm pretty sure maybe halfway or so he'll get it. And nice poster art, fake or not.

Posted by: Chode on February 26, 2008 at 12:00:53

speedracer216. They are not artards, you are. Wolvie doesn't get his adamantium until the end of his stay at the Weapon-X facility. Once he has his medal he goes ape**** and tears out of the place. Check your knowledge before you go pretending you are smarter than everyone else.

WOW! I agree this Should Be The Teaser, but then again, official or not, it's still a teaser, lol.

Definately better than some of the other teaser posters I've seen in the past.

From one artist to another, PROPS!!

Posted by: Hughezy on February 26, 2008 at 12:03:02

that would actually make a great Wolverine 3 poster.

Posted by: chewie on February 26, 2008 at 12:08:07

i have actually been reading alot on this new movie and from what iu understand it is the weapon x series but also the origins story on how he discovered his powers.

Posted by: Austin K. on February 26, 2008 at 12:18:19

It looks like the 3 was from the jurassic park 3 logo and it reminds of jurassic park maybe thats why.

Posted by: PETElicious on February 26, 2008 at 12:20:07

wolverine? i thought that the teaser poster for the new Berenstain Bears flick.

Posted by: Lol! on February 26, 2008 at 12:23:51

Man, Fox should definitely use this!!

Posted by: PTO on February 26, 2008 at 12:32:27

I'm with Austin. This didn't make me think of Wolverine, but the horrendous film that was Jurassic Park III.

Posted by: fuzzcaminski on February 26, 2008 at 12:33:15

That is an awesome poster, i think Fox should use it, i think a cool one would be loads of blueprint plans for the augmentation procedure, showing how the adamantium would be grafted to the skeleton

Posted by: J@rrett on February 26, 2008 at 12:41:28

damn thats really good, marvel might as well accept that as a teaser

Posted by: pucky on February 26, 2008 at 12:54:24

Probably 10 times better than what the actual teaser poster will look like.

Posted by: TheOne on February 26, 2008 at 12:56:03

it looks fine, not like all the nerds that are commenting about it that loos cool and all that shi......

Posted by: Eclipse7015 on February 26, 2008 at 12:56:41

Besides, it is well know that Logan had bone claws before the adamantium was added on. So claws, bone and metal should be in the movie
