The Incredible Hulk Trailer Coming Early March
Source:Advanced Dark
February 19, 2008

Marvel Entertainment announced its fourth quarter and full year operating results this morning, and with it came the news that you'll be seeing the first trailer for The Incredible Hulk in early March. Our guess is that it will hit theaters with Warner Bros.' PG-13 rated 10,000 B.C. on March 7 (if that's true, make sure you call your theater to see if the trailer is playing with the showtime you're thinking of attending, as it will likely not be on every screen) and then with the R-rated Universal (the studio releasing "Hulk" in theaters) pic Doomsday on March 14.

Also, it was revealed that, because of the writers strike and possible actors strike, Marvel Studios will have one in-house release in the later part of 2009, instead of two like this year (Iron Man and The Incredible Hulk), but it's anyone's guess right not if that is Ant-Man, Captain America, Thor or The Avengers. We have a feeling (again, this is not official) that it will be the Matthew Vaughn-directed Thor, but we'll see. In 2010 and onward, they expect to release two films per year again.

Here is Marvel's updated slate of projects:

"Thor, Marvel - Writer engaged"

Where's "Director engaged"?

"Hulk Vs"

Hulk versus who? Or is that the final title?

IVE ALWAYS MADE MINE MARVEL ,BUT YOU GOTTA ADMIT ITS ABOUT TIME THEY GAVE US FANS SOME REAL ANIMATED CARTOONS AND NOT THE LAME CHEAP ANIMATION THEY PRODUCE NOW .IMAGINE MARVEL CHARACTERS DONE LIKE BEOWULF, COME ON MARVEL YOU GOT THE MONEY STOP TREATING US LIKE IDIOTS

That's really late. Makes me worry that they're concerned about how the movie will be taken. It's bull**** making us wait this long.

planet hulk will be great - its been too long since we've had hulk animation. But they better make a world war hulk animated movie - that will be truely amazing - much better than planet hulk.

i think theyve delayed the movie trailer to make sure everything is right.

ive alot of faith in what ed nortons doing - the mere fact he attached himself to the film says alot.

altho they should have kept abominations ears!!

Seems kinda hypocritical to have Spider-Man's Identity to be known in a animated flick when his continuity has been Obliterated in the comics.

Great vids though.

Can't wait for this trailer!!! And bring on ANT-MAN. Thats the movie i want marvel to make next.

Posted by: leagueofone on February 19, 2008 at 15:06:46

Edgar Wright says his script for Ant-Man is finished and he's meeting with Marvel next week so I'm hoping that is going to be the film for 2009.

DC has alot of ground to make up.They focus way to much on Superman and Batman. So b-cuz of that, thats why Marvel rules the universe. Theirs always a new hero to watch.

MARVEL shoul continue Fantastic Four franchise, as well as X-MEN, but of course introduce a whole bunch of others. Personally, I'd like to see SPIDER-WOMAN, perhaps in THE AVENGERS! And, yes, I think John Duhamel would make an excellent Steve Rogers, aka CAPS! I think that actor on IMDB would make a very good THOR, as well. I expect to see Janet Van Dyne aka WASP in ANT-MAN. And then, only then, when THOR, CAPTAIN AMERICA and ANT-MAN have already been released, ONLY THEN I expect to see THE AVENGERS!!! NOT SOONER!!! DC is out of their mind with JLA! I expect more sensibility from MARVEL. So far, they haven't failed us. In AVENGERS, I expect to see CAPTAIN AMERICA, THOR, IRON MAN, ANT-MAN, WASP, possibly HULK, SPIDER-WOMAN, BLACK WIDOW and, of course, none other than SAMUEL L. JACKSON as GENERAL NICK FURY!!! MARVEL, please don't let me down! And of course, bring on the sequels to SPIDER-MAN, X-MEN, FANTASTIC 4, GHOST RIDER, THE PUNISHER, DAREDEVIL, SILVER SURFER!!! MARVEL IS THE BEST!!! WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!

Posted by: A Sentient Being on February 19, 2008 at 17:59:52

My mistake - not JOHN Duhamel, but JOSH Duhamel!

Sorry!

Finally!

Posted by: Matt on February 19, 2008 at 18:52:06

does anyone else get a shiver of pain when you read the title "X-Men Origins: Wolverine?" I mean, is that the actual on-screen/on-poster title? because if it is, I'm not seeing this movie. a movie with a colon (EXCEPT punisher: war zone) means it sucks, 11 times out of 10. i just...me am worried.

I don't know what animated movies you've been watching but, Marvel's Ultimate Avengers, Ultimate Avengers 2 and Ironman direct to DVD movies sucked! Especially when you compare them to their original material. The Ultimates was fantastic! To make matters worse, Cartoon Network ran one of the Marvel shows in a time slot that was close to Justice League Unlimited. That really made it look like s#%t.

Im stoked about the hulk trailer, but more stoaked for Thor!!! He's always been one of my favorites and his storie would make a great movie.
