Warriors Casting Call for Thor?

SpoilerTV has posted this possible casting call for the Thor movie:

[WARRIORS] A fearless warrior race, where size, strength and ferocity define a member's rank in both the social and military hierarchy. Warriors born in this society face the harshest ecological conditions imaginable and thrive in environments where lesser creatures, including humans, quickly perishes. Theirs is a world created to cull weakness from the universe to ensure their supreme sovereignty spreads across the stars. MUST BE 6'2 OR TALLER sptv050769, NO BODYBUILDER TYPES. SAG ROLE BUT NO LINES. MUST BE COMFORTABLE WEARING PROSTHETICS.

Directed by Kenneth Branagh, Thor is scheduled to hit theaters on May 20, 2011. Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Natalie Portman, Jaimie Alexander, Colm Feore, Samuel L. Jackson and Stellan Skarsgard star.

Not bodybuilder type but have to wear prosthetics. Wonder what kind of prosthetics they gonna wear that wont fit to bodybuilder type?

Obviously you are not familiar with the Warriors Three. Volstagg the Voluminous is around 600 pounds. I doubt there is an actor who will not need prosthetics for his part.

Interesting that Sam Jackson is on the cast list. I'm mighty intrigued as to how they're gonna get all Norse-god on us and still wedge in Nick Fury in a convincing manner. Exciting times, indeed.

READ the damn thing before you have hopeful auditions

It clearly says SAG role, which means you have to be in the Screen Actors Guild (though I don't know why even with no lines.. prob facial exp and posture)

dang I'm only 6.3/4s and 210lbs but I've been told I look 6.2...oh well.

this movie is going to be epic. I can't wait. I also can't wait for some Captian America news...atb this point I would settle for knowing who will be cast as Cap...I am hoping Sam Worthington (did you see Terminator Salvation...Sam rocked as a super soldier) or Jason Statham (He is bad ass fighter and has the chiseled chin).

If EVERYONE's 6'2 or more, what does it matter? You won't be able to tell anyways! Look at football players, they look normal sized when next to each other on the field, but in person they're giants!
