Helfer Voicing Web of Shadows's Black Cat

Activision has alerted us that current star of the new "Spectacular Spider-Man" series and "Battlestar Galactica," Tricia Helfer, is lending her voice to the mischievous Black Cat in the upcoming "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows" video game.

Originally a fashion model and winner of the Ford Supermodel of the World Contest, Tricia pursued a full-time acting career in 2002 with her start on the television series "Jeremiah." She's since starred in leading roles in "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Spiral," and the paranormal drama TV series "Supernatural."

Look for Tricia on the "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows" community site – SeizeControl.com - where she will be announcing various upcoming activities and answering questions as they roll in from all over the Marvel Universe.

This game looks pretty good, unlike the other kind of Spider-Man games. She looks kinda hot...but wonder who voices Peter Parker/Spider-Man.

Its crazy how much "she's hot" and "we need nudity of her" gets posted on these boards. Yes, she might be attractive, but is that all she is? People need to seriously stop being so sexist. Either that or I'm going to start talking about how hot Christian Bale, Hugh Jackman, and Brandon Routh are. ;)

TERRIFFICCCCC news.

Spectacular Spider-Man has to be the greatest rendition of spidey EVER thus far, adding peices from that puzzle to this could only raise the bar IMO.

plus, her voice just fits Felica.

Alba is hot, but every movie she has ever made sucks, except Sin City. besides that, there isnt a somewhat decent one in the bunch.

she has had a pretty terrible career,with the exception os Sin City.

Helfer is at least on critically acclaimed tv shows. she is one hot and sexy lady!

Alba isn't all that, anyhow. She's hot, but nowhere near the level of a Tricia Helfer or Elisha Cuthbert. Not even in their league.

Can't people just appreciate a pretty girl without acting like sexual deviants? I wish more actresses would follow Jessica Alba's example. (BTW Dark Angel and Fantastic Four were fun to watch).

Helfer is great casting for Black Cat and she is quite beautiful and talented so I would like to see her in more sci fi/comic book shows and films.

I have to admit I was not a fan of her character on BSG but that does not mean that I consider her a bad actress.

Also for the game I hope they get a good voice actor for Spider-Man and Wolverine. Actually for Wolverine they should get his X-men legends or x-men evolution voice actor
