Three More Iron Man 2 Scans

It turns out that even more photos from Iron Man 2 made their debut in the new issue of Entertainment Weekly, and you can check out scans of them below. Featured are Robert Downey Jr. (Tony Stark/Iron Man), Gwyneth Paltrow (Pepper Potts), Don Cheadle (James Rhodes), Sam Rockwell (Justin Hammer) and director Jon Favreau. The anticipated sequel opens in theaters on May 7, 2010.

I hope they Jon has a trailer at Comic-Con this year!!! I'm sure he'll have something cut together for the fans though. I can't wait!!! This is going to be AWESOME.

Would make sense. I mean they did sort of cover up his weapon created for personal use, destroyed a small part of a city, took down an F-22, etc.

I think its a Senate Comittee hearing, likely investigating Stark's involvement with Iron Man. I think this will be where we see Gary Shandling...not that thats a good thing....lol

I like that the Govt. is gonna be on Stark's case though, which is realistic. Justin Hammer looks cool too- a lot like a younger stark. Downey IS Iron Man, but it'd be cool to see how Rockwell would have done Stark, I think he would have done an unreal job in his own right.

I love Downey and Favs boxing it up, looks like its a scene in the movie. Favs always works his hobbies and interests into his films, lol.

DannyRand- Don't forget Favreau is portraying Happy Hogan, who I believe was an ex-boxer in the comics. If so, maybe we have a clip of him teaching Tony a few things to protect himself when not in the suit.

I don't know if I would agree that Rockwell would have made a good Stark, I for one was hoping he would be cast as Joker in TDK before Ledger was awarded the role, mostly due to his performance in the green mile and just my personal opinion that he has the look/build for it.

The pics don't show much, just glimpses, but it's cool to get a first look at Rhodey and Hammer.

Did Don slick his hair down. It appears to be straightened for some reason. I've seen him in many films, and i don't remember his hair looking like that.

Im definitely excited for this movie. Im even more excited seeing Don Cheadle as Rhodes. I think he will make that character even better than Terrence Howard did in the first movie. Anyway Ill be there on day one to see this.
