while I do admit that was sweet, what did Thunderbolt mean when he says 'now she'll see?' Is she unaware of Bruce's 'condition' in this movie, because I thought she was going to know. Not that it is a bad thing, I guess it just took me off guard a little bit

So far everything I've seen from the movie is getting me more and more positive. The CGI and the action is looking stellar . I had my worries in the beginning but now, like a wise crocodile hunter from down under said..."No worries."

no carl he's not.. the first general thunderbolt in 2004's hulk is Sam Elliot. He is the guy who played The Caretaker in Ghost Rider..
Hulk 2008's thunderbolt is William Hurt.

I think the movie will be cool, and the content of all the clips so far has been awesome... but seriously, the CG on the Hulk isn't good enough. It's like they've stopped raising the bar on CG characters.
I realize a giant green muscle-beast is a hard thing to sell, probably the hardest. But if Narnia can make us believe creatures are living and breathing, why can't we get just a little more out of the Hulk? As close as we are, it still seems 20 years away before 100% photo-realism...
He looked more photo-real in the first one, although softer.

I love that there's much more to the scenes than we realize.
AWESOME! Anyway who still complains about the CGI is an idiot not worthy of judging. Keep thinking what you do so people who know better can feel better. Wah wah wah. Current CGI isn't as perfect as people think it is. It should be better?! Nope, we still don't have flying cars. This is the most difficult thing CGI does. It won't be perfect, but it's impressive as is. Stick that pacifier back in. Shut up and watch.

really dug the music in the background, the loud organs in the background (around 0:50) gave it a vibe like you were seeing Frankenstein rise for the first time. Looking forward to this one

i just noticed, when the hulk screams, betties hair blows like theres a gust of wind

I have to disagree with TPJR...CGI on Narnia did not make me believe those characters were real. I'd say they're far inferior to Hulk. Just my opinion, though.

Is this for the videogame because those graphics need work, man.
Posted by: stonecoldd on May 27, 2008 at 02:56:43
I still don't get what's so bad about the CGI...it's the best I've seen around...
I guess some pple always find something to complain about...as if better CGI would make you believe there is a such thing as Hulk...what I am more concerned is with the story and how it will carry out...hopefully better than '03s version...

The CGI is fantastic in this. They've added actual muscle movement/synchronization under the scene, which shows they're really paying attention to detail. This is much better than the powder-gray Hulk of yesteryear. I know I'm psyched.

What this clip shows is that Banner got enraged into the Hulk not just because he was trapped, but because Betty looked like she was endangered.
It was LOL when Betty elbowed the soldier in the face. HULK HYPE! Let's give this the Iron Man treatment.

I have to disagree with others saying that's its super difficult. UH...did anyone see Gollum in lord of the rings? or frickin KING KONG?! Hulk looks far from as good as those two characters and, being a computer-animation student at full sail, its not as difficult as others make it out to be. Marvel should have gotten a much better special fx company
