Cobra Commander should've looked like that in the movie.

That was awesome! I loved the Destro and Baroness section (Vinnie Jones nearly made me pee myself--and not out of fear this time) and the actual Sgt, Slaughter appearance.
And I wanna know how they managed to swipe my idea of Alan Tudyk as Shipwreck! What are they, monitoring my posts on SHH? That's too much of a coincidence! I used to think it was mere chance that Ray Park was cast as Snake-Eyes, but now I'm beginning to feel like I'm being spied on, Truman Show style.
Hmmm...come to think of it, Ed Norton being cast as Bruce Banner and Natalie Portman being cast as Luke & Leia's mother now seem suspect too. Here I thought I was just good at casting, but now it's getting weird.

A bunch of comedians can get Snake-Eyes' and Cobra Commander's look right and a $175million Hollywood movie screws it up...makes sense...

i agree with the posts...new casts for G.I Joe except the actors for snake eyes and storm shadow...C.C listens to three dog night...priceless

This is really funny. Perfect casting as well!
Man, Billy Crudup would have indeed made a good Zartan.

You're telling me Funny or Die got Sgt. Slaughter, but Paramount couldn't!?

What great production value. That's freaky funny

I gotta say, even if there is never a decent G.I.Joe movie, this makes up for it...

It's called Rise of Cobra for a reason people, lets see if they create a different costume for CC, since he was barely starting out in this one.
Posted by: Jere: Master of the Universe on August 10, 2009 at 17:42:10
Well if the actual movie took itself this serious I think it'd be more enjoyable, because in the end GI Joe: Rise of Cobra is just a joke...

How does years of high-cost studio planning get a cast and look and feel of this subject so wrong, and a half-assed joke of a web film get it so right? This is whats wrong with hollywood.
Posted by: Spielbay on August 10, 2009 at 18:49:51
I can now rest peacfully, knowing that there's been one live action G.I. Joe item.
Too bad it could not be the movie, but this is awesome.
I;m sure the idiots that like Bonaventura's turd-fest will hate this, as it actually is good and can can tell more story in 3 minutes than 2 hours.

I thought Olivia Wilde was hot before, but then I saw her in tight leather and those glasses... And now she's even hotter.
