SDCC: Next Batman Movie to Start Filming in 2010!

Gary Oldman just announced at the Warner Bros. Book of Eli panel that a third Batman film will go into production next year.

"I think the next Batman is next year," he told a fan who asked about when the long-awaited "Dark Knight" follow-up would hit, "We start shooting next year. You didn't hear that from me."

I agree with SWEEEEEET!!!
Bring back Harvey Dent, have a story that he was in isolation at Arkham receiving Gotham City funded psych treatment and the beginning stages of facial reconstruction. Batman is a questionable character on whether to trust him or not. Then a new villan but please DO NOT make it Mr. Freeze or The Penguin. I think that these are characters that cannot be done right on the big screen!

I would prefer Ra's Ah Ghul return, teamed with Two-Face, and Scarecrow like he was protrayed in TDK, a drug lord. If a new villan is needed make it The Riddler. Make him really dark and only if it can be David Tennant. If not, don't do it!!!

As for an honor to Ledger, make a scene somewhere in the movie at Arkham in which the Joker is acknowledged.
