Looks cool, I like how it's not just a beat 'em up.

What is it with American video games and their obsession with Football player-bodied protagonists? Is that the ideal hero to Americans? Im sick of this Gears of Wars-spawned fetish. For ****'s sake.

Batman is not that ****ing big. When youre that size with that much muscle mass, you lose so much mobility and speed. Wtf.

Posted by: Shayera on March 12, 2009 at 18:26:28

Hopefully it's better than Batman Begins.
I'd imagine it will be... they're not bothering to port it for the Wii (unfortunately for me), so there's probably a lot invested in the gameplay and graphics.
Mark Hamil kicks so much ass, it's not even funny. I really like that they're bring the cast of the animated series into it. Batman isn't the same without Kevin Conroy. He's the ultimate in sex.

Thats why Christian Bale is small...isnt it?

I like it

think of batman as a linebacker in american football. they are huge guys yet their mobility is not hindered. they get to the qb/rb quicker than most of the other d-line.

Stupid ****ing American web site restrictions!! Because I live in Canada, I'm not allowed to see a trailer for a God damn VIDEO GAME?!?!

looks like metal gear solid sort of gameplay, looks a treat! cant wait!

Posted by: Bat-Matt on March 12, 2009 at 18:35:39

does Mark Hamill sound kinda off to anyone else?

Batman has always ALWAYS looked that big in the comics. This is a video game, kiddos. If I can go without complaining about how big female characters' breasts are in proportion to the rest of their body, then you can leave this alone.

might be good. and yea, batman has been that big in some comics. looks like a splinter cell/metal gear solid type deal. throw in... ummm... any random action game for the fighting moves. eh. its sad, because the entire idea of batman could make for a good leap in game evolution, but they stick to old trends. could be good, but its just other stuff dressed in batmanocity.

@Frank, would u rather see batman with a twink body like in a japanese rpg? batman is suppose to be big and its a freakin video game!!

game looks good by the way.

if only the batman and the joker looked like that in TDK... omg it wouldve been so much more epic

Looks cool. Wonder if its going to be rated M for mature?

Posted by: Rodrigo on March 12, 2009 at 19:36:01

It always make me think...in the Batman 1989 movie, did The Joker kidnap Prince and make him sing songs for him?

Posted by: Joe Kurr on March 12, 2009 at 19:38:40

OMFG!!! THIS LOOKS F-ING EPIC :OOOOO

This game and the graphic novel is no way as scary as seeing Adam West dancing in Batman 60's show.Gave me nightmares for years,I had a lovely phychiatrist.Dr Hugo Strange, lovely man.

Metal Gear version of Batman. Looks awesome!

Looks pretty cool! This trailer plays up the stealth aspect more than the last one. The other trailer makes it seem like Joker knows Batman is there the whole time and plans the entire thing to trap him. It looked more like a straight up action beat-em-up. Hopefully it's balanced between the two.
I really like the plot of this from what I can see. It seems like it could be incorporated into the next movie somehow. Maybe Riddler could somehow take over Arkham during the course of the movie while using riddles an traps around the city to occupy Batman.
