Do Justice League Reshoot Pics Show the Hall of Justice?

The Warner Bros. Pictures‘ DC Comics adaptation Justice League is currently undergoing extensive reshoots at Cardington Studios in Bedfordshire, England under the direction of Joss Whedon (The Avengers) after original director Zack Snyder departed post-production. DC World managed to get ahold of some snaps from the Justice League reshoot featuring a red car, some gargoyles, some covered vehicles and, most tantalizing, a giant structure that could very well be the Hall of Justice! Check out the tweets below.

The Hall of Justice was an invention of the the ’70s/’80s cartoon series Super Friends, where it was a fortress for the superhero team located in Metropolis. It was introduced into the DC comic book continuity in 2007’s “Justice League of America” (Volume 2) #7, where it was built in Washington DC after the destruction of the outer space Justice League Watchtower.

It should be noted that Tim Burton’s Dumbo is also building sets at Cardington, so some of these props and set pieces could be for that film as well. What do you think the structure could be? Hall of Justice? Watchtower? Steppenwolf’s lair? Dumbo’s circus? Let us know your theory in the comments below!

Justice League, which features a screenplay from Chris Terrio from a story by Snyder and Terrio, stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Henry Cavill as Superman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jason Momoa as Aquaman, Ezra Miller as The Flash, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Willem Dafoe as Nuidis Vulko, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth, Diane Lane as Martha Kent, Connie Nielsen as Queen Hippolyta, with J.K. Simmons as Commissioner Gordon, and Amy Adams as Lois Lane. While not in the official Justice League cast list released by Warner Bros., it is expected that Ciarán Hinds will play Steppenwolf, Amber Heard will appear as Mera, Billy Crudup as Henry Allen and Kiersey Clemons will appear as Iris West.

Justice League is set to open on November 10, 2017.
