It’s going to be a big year for “Lord of the Rings” fans. Peter Jackson’s first film in the upcoming The Hobbit trilogy, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, hits theaters on December 14th and Traveler’s Tales will be releasing their video game adaptation of the original three films. Take a look at this video from IGN about the company’s new project and how they incorporated their signature humor and the tone of the films into the game.
The game is set to be released on October 30th and will feature the music and voice acting from the three films. While it will also carry the traditional slapstick humor of the other LEGO games, the developers have said it will be toned down for this game in particular. LEGO The Lord of the Rings will be available for the PC, Nintendo Wii, Wii U, 3DS, PS Vita, PS3 and Xbox 360.
