007 Legends, on paper, is one of the most ambitious James Bond video games ever conceived. While maintaining the first person shooter style gameplay that have made the series popular throughout the years it will also feature just 6 missions, of which all of them are adaptations of James Bond films. The first revealed mission was for Moonraker, the second On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, and it was revealed prematurely that the final mission would be the upcoming Daniel Craig film Skyfall.
Today, thanks to Shortlist.com, we’ve got word what the next two missions will be based on Die Another Day and License to Kill. If you’re a Bond fan, you will notice that there is one mission per actor that has played Bond except for one, Sean Connery.
Daniel Craig will provide the voice and likeness of Bond in the game and he’s joined by his Skyfall co-star Naomie Harris. Michael Lonsdale and Richard Kiel will also be reprising their roles as Hugo Drax and Jaws in the Moonraker mission. The game was written by Bond veteran Bruce Feirstein, who wrote GoldenEye, Tomorrow Never Dies, and The World is Not Enough.
007 Legends will be released on October 19th and is being developed by Eurocom, under license from EON Productions Ltd. and MGM, for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC.
