SEGA has provided us with this new behind-the-scenes look at the company’s upcoming third-person action title Thor: God of Thunder.
In the video, representatives from SEGA, Marvel Entertainment, Liquid Entertainment and Red Fly Studio share their thoughts and various anecdotes on the experience of bringing the all-mighty Odin son to life on gaming platforms. With Thor’s immense power, developers were tasked with overcoming the challenge of properly conveying Thor’s abilities without making him feel overly-powerful. Thor will use the aid of God powers such as wind and lightning to help him take down enemies of massive proportions, not to mention the power his infamous hammer, the mighty Mjölnir. Thor: God of Thunder will be available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS on May 3, 2011. A Nintendo 3DS game will be available later in the year.
SEGA has also sent us the final box art for Captain America: Super Soldier, also coming for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii and Nintendo DS.
