Heroes: Claire & Gretchen's First Kiss!

NBC's "Heroes" continues to slip in the ratings (last night's was 2.3/6 in 18-49, 5.4 million viewers overall), but it looks like fans will have something to look forward to on next Monday's episode. Here's the pic that was just sent out by the studio and the official description:

SELF-DISCOVERY ROCKS THEIR WORLD AS OUR HEROES ENCOUNTER NEW ABILITIES, TRY TO RECALL PAST LIVES AND STUMBLE UPON AN UNEXPECTED KISS -- MADELINE ZIMA, DAWN OLIVIERI, DEANNE BRAY, TESSA THOMPSON, ERNIE HUDSON, RAY PARK AND ACADEMY AWARD-WINNER LOUISE FLETCHER GUEST STAR -- Samuel (Robert Knepper) prepares for new additions to his family, while Lydia (guest star Dawn Olivieri) warns him of the consequences. Claire (Hayden Panettiere) discovers that her roommate Gretchen (guest star Madeline Zima) may have a hidden agenda. Meanwhile, Peter (Milo Ventimiglia) finds an unexpected way to connect with Emma (guest star Deanne Bray), who would prefer to stay distant. Elsewhere, a different side of Sylar (Zachary Quinto) emerges as he desperately tries to remember the person he used to be. Masi Oka and Cristine Rose also star. Rachel Melvin and Jack Wallace also guest star.

Unfortunate that Claire's roommate had to be such an annoying, ditsy, and pretty much unattractive little brat.

This whole season of Heroes so far is just so odd. Its like if there is no real story going on..just random stuff happening.

At least in earlier seasons we had one main villain...nowadays its like..lets just see what happens. :P

man this show is so horrible,i gave this season a chance,1st season was so good,watched last season and gave them 2 episodes this season.its just not good anymore.done watching and this gimmick makes it worse.

@sledge......the body and the mind are two different things, think about it as an out of body experience, except Sylar cant get back to his body.

Well I'm not going to front and say this isn't hot, because it is. That said, it feels forced. Now all of a sudden Claire's into girls? Sorry, I'm not buying it. MDI hit the nail on the head. The writers don't seem to have an idea of where the show is going. It doesn't seem to be working towards anything. What I think the issue is that the creators have forgotten the core of the show. They've lost sight of where they wanted the show to go and got caught up in making the fans happy. It's been like that since the end of season 2 (which wasn't a bad season contrary to popular opinion). The last season felt like they were making it up as they were going along, trying this and that to see if the audience would react positively. The story should have been written already. Everything should feel as though it's already been mapped out and we're just along for the ride. Writers need to learn that the fans don't know what they want until they get it. Let them gripe and complain. As long as the story is going somewhere people will continue to watch. Besides, good writers don't write for other people. They write because they have a story to tell. They're not supposed to compromise their vision to please other people. I want the show to get better but I am very worried.

omg you people need to stop complaining about the damn show, seriously, i like this randomness because it keeps idiots like you from trying to spoil anything, and heroes should be random since its more than one character, and more that one story so stfu you know you are going to watch it, personaly i like how peter petrelli is going about his business now.

I Heard a scene like this was coming (Kissing).Why is needed? I know they wanted to get back to character developement.Only half this show is working!the other half is sinking it Titanic style.
