New Justice League Cast Members?

Keep in mind that Warner Bros. has yet to reveal any cast members, but this is a list of names Superhero Hype! received over the weekend as to who might be cast in Justice League. Yes, we realize the much rumored Adam Brody is not listed here as The Flash. Our answer? We just don't know what's up, plain and simple:

Wonder Woman - Megan Gale
Talia al Ghul - Teresa Palmer

We must repeat, the above names are not confirmed. They might not be confirmed for a while, because a new article talking about the writers strike at The Hollywood Reporter says that Justice League might not be as sure of a thing as it seems:
At Warner Bros., "Justice League of America" finds itself without a shooting script and has options expiring on potential actors who recently were screen tested. As a result, it might have to postpone production.

the cast is already perfect. these actors r household names and so talented. especially common. he can play a pissed off guy or a really pissed off guy.

there are always someone talking **** about the cast, just wait til the movie comes out and see. y'all ***** and complain, about everything, you can't act, you can't direct, so why talk about who should do it. you never know what might happen, people was *****ing when they found out Micheal Bay was doing Transformers, but look how it turned out, it was a good movie. so stop the complaining and wait for it to come out. it might be a good movie.

Billy Zane is the only one who could play a good live-action Lex Luthor (even better than Rosenbaum, sorry, Michael).
Tom Welling for Superman, of course.
Kate Bosworth- Lois Lane
Carl Lumbley - A real live-action Martian Manhunter, he is the only one I could ever envision as that character!
Bale as Batman; Eva Longoria as Hawk-Girl,
and Denzel Washington as Green-Lantern/Jon Stewert. think about the chemistry between those two? Gwen Stefani as Black Canary.

This cast does need some severe tweaking. Warner Bros doesn't have the Midas touch (as we know) and needs somebody w/balls to admit it.
SO who should they cast? Well, considering that this film has $300 mil + box office potential, how about some movie stars? You know, people we've actually heard of.
I'm sick of these comic book adaptations by studios who don't know jack about what viewers want.
SPEND SOME MONEY!!! GET Bale! Get Routh! heck, get Tom Cruise!
ANd hire a writer that will produce (gasp) a good film. I know, I know. This will involve spending money.

its not always about money. sometimes the people they want are tied up in other movies and schedules dont match. having comic movies made by different studios doesnt make things easier. The Avengers is supposedly doing it a great way. Ironman Hulk Thor Antman are all under the same company so i believe they are planning on using all the same actors from their stand alone movies for the Avengers which would be great. who knows if that will actually happen though

Typical cheesy Hollywood stunt casting, trying to appeal to the hip-hop-wanna-be, 14-yr-old-girl audience. Frackin' John Stewart instead of Hal Jordan? 3rd tier Young Hollywood pansies as Supes, Bats & the Flash? At least when X-Men sucked, it's because they tried TOO hard to appeal to the fanboy audience that made these characters bankable in the first place. Honestly, I've seen bad comics movies just because I want to support making more comics movies, but this just sucks from everything I've read over the last year. I've always been a DC Silver Age fan, but I won't waste my money on this crap. FRACK! Jon Stewart!?! FRACKING FRACK!

What's wrong with John Stewart? I remember him from the comics. I remember him saving Hal's rear-end several times. What are you racist? Sounds like everybody in this room is a Oscar award winning director. Comics are older than most of your grandparents. Its harder than you think to put that much information in an two-hour flick! Just be happy there are people out there willing to invest millions of dollars to fund a JLA movie. You cant satisfy some people!

These are all just opinions and I realise that they may be mine and mine alone, no matter how strongly felt or worded they may be. Just some food for thought.
First of all: If they insist on going ahead with this movie I wish they would just keep Supes and Bats out of it altogether. Just a personal opinion. This movie is going to be heavy on the hero anyway without having to bog it down more with majorly established characters and their supporting cast, thus entirely overshadowing other interesting characters. As it is, it's going to be the Superman/Batman hour with special guest stars.
Secondly: I hate, and I cannot stress this enough, HATE the fact that the first major motion picture Green Lantern is getting is in the form of an inept part-timer who only became well known because Cartoon network went Affirmative Action on their interpretation. This is not a slight solely against John Stewart or even Common but there are two FAR more interesting GLs to choose from and if this goes ahead it all but guarantees we will never see either of them in a movie. Hell, honestly, I would have chosen Guy Gardner over Stewart.
Third: What the crap is Talia Al Ghul doing wrapped up in this? I know this isn't concrete but why is she even a consideration? If there has to be a JLA origin movie made, Talia Al Ghul shouldn't be within a million miles of it. Hell, I wouldn't even put her in Batman 5.
And finally: If you are going to be yet another shrieking zealot and fawn over Christian Bale's interpretation of Batman, please at least have the decency to get his name right.
