David Boreanaz Up for Sub-Mariner?

While this should be taken with a fair amount of salt, scooper 'Horrie' writes:

Just got home from my acting class, and a classmate tells me she just did a guest turn on TVs "Bones". Don't know that there's any truth to this or not, but she's saying that David Boreanaz from the show may be up for - or has auditioned - for the "Sub Mariner" movie...he said he had... P.S though my friend called it the "Namor" movie. I assume its the same thing we're talking about.

The Universal Pictures project will be directed by Jonathan Mostow (Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines), who also rewrote the script.

he will make a great sub-mariner,but if david's not cast for the under water hero someone else could take role,maybe jonathan togo for namor.also his love interest vote for marrina smallwood or lady dorma,i gressing jenna fischer for marrina and lauren stamile for dorma.jacqueline obradors for liyron.nathan phillips for karthon the quester.

They've been talking making this movie for awhile now and at one point Dwanye "The Rock" Johnson was attached to the role. I think he'll make a great Namor or possibly Bishop

Whoever they cast for the movie it better be WAAAYYY BETTER than Waterworld. Kevin Costner was kool as the Mariner, but just not enough underwater scenes. Besides I want too see Jessica Alba get Maked on in the crossover story. Can't have Namor w/o the F.F. Namor got that AZZ already in the comics books. Read the ILLUMINATI
