IESB.net says that Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, the duo that wrote Transformers and the upcoming Star Trek, were brought in months ago to rewrite Alex Tse's script for Watchmen.
The site adds that Watchmen director Zack Snyder did a polish of the Orci and Kurtzman script. Opening March 6, 2009, the film stars Patrick Wilson, Jackie Earle Haley, Matthew Goode, Billy Crudup, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Malin Akerman, Carla Gugino and Stephen McHattie.
