Five videos from the shooting of the Matthew Vaughn-directed Kick-Ass in Toronto have turned up online. The clips feature Aaron Johnson and Christopher Mintz-Plasse sitting in a car dressed as superheroes. You can hear Vaughn’s voice throughout the videos (the one with the British accent). The last video features a helicopter with a camera taking shots for the film.
Written by Mark Millar and drawn by John Romita Jr., the Marvel Comics’ Icon imprint book centers on a high school dweeb named Dave Lizewski who decides to become a superhero even though he has no athletic ability or coordination. Things change when he eventually runs into real bad guys with real weapons.
Nicolas Cage, Lyndsy Fonseca, Mark Strong and Chloe Moretz co-star.
