“Transformers” producer Tom DeSanto will be a special guest on this Thursday’ss “Attack of the Show” (6/14 @ 7 pm et/pt). DeSanto will talk about his upcoming robot movie spectacular and reveal some new behind-the-scenes secrets. DeSanto will also talk about his recent announcement of a “City of Heroes” movie adaptation.
In interactive news, G4 has just launched a new contest that lets anybody with an Internet connection shapeshift into a Transformers movie producer. Visitors can go here to submit their own “Transformers”-themed video for a chance to win some amazing prizes, including a one-of-a-kind Optimus Prime collectible. Animated footage from the classic animated series can even be downloaded and edited directly on the site using the online movie editing tools. All submissions must be in by 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time on June 27, 2007.
