The Leighton Buzzard Today has posted an article on the Batman Begins filming at Mentmore Towers, which will serve as Wayne Manor in the film.
Signs have been erected around the village saying ‘TIG’ – the initials of the movie’s title ‘The Intimidation Game’ – pointing the way to Mentmore Towers, where scenes for the forthcoming Hollywood blockbuster are being shot until the end of this week.
But locals who had hoped to see the some of the movie’s stars, including the likes of Christian Bale, Sir Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Katie Holmes and Liam Neeson, have so far been disappointed by Warner’s decision to make it a closed set.
