Why do I say this? Because the CIA are not the good guys. They are villains, the black hats, the bad guys. The CIA (as well as other American intel groups) regularly committ terrible acts (assassination, torture, subverting democratically elected govermetns, acts of terrorism) not only to undermine foreign governments but to undermine the US governement as well.
